Dice

Why is nothing in stock?

My dice tend to sell out within 24 hours of each dice drop. Once things sell out, I move the listings to the "Sold Out" page so folks can see what was offerred in the past. I restock my dice at the end of each month, usually the last weekend of the month.

How often do you restock dice?

I have monthly dice drops usually during the last weekend or second to last weekend of each month. Each dice drop contains about 20 - 30 sets. Follow me on Instagram or sign up for my newsletter to get the latest updates on when my next dice drop will be!

How are your dice made?

All of my dice are made by me in Dallas, Texas! I make my own molds, pour resin, sand, polish, paint, and photograph all my dice by hand! Sets are made with epoxy resin and various colorants such as alcohol ink, pigment paste, and mica powders. Some of my dice also feature inclusions such as decals, flowers, an paper cut-outs.

All of my dice are cured in a pressure pot, sanded on zona paper, then polished with a dremel and cotton pad.

Are your dice balanced?

Unless there are heavy inclusions like sand, stones, or bubbles mentioned in the description of the die, yes my dice are balanced for casual game play.

Even factory dice are not perfectly balanced. Factory, mass produced dice often have minute manufacturing errors. Only dice designed for high stakes gambling in casinos are TRULY balanced. My dice are not designed for gambling.

Will your dice become yellow?

All epoxy resins yellow over time. The speed at which they yellow is determine by how well they are stored and maintained. Keep your dice stored away from sunlight and clean it with a microfiber cloth to prevent any expedited discoloration. Over time you may notice a slight amber color slowly develop. This is mostly noticable in clear designs.

My dice arrived soft. What should I do?

If your dice have been left in a hot place, like in a mailbox during the summer, you may notice that your dice have become soft. All resin will soften when exposed to heat. If you leave them in a cool place for a while, they should come to full hardness. If you've left them in a cool place for a while and they are still soft, please contact me for next steps!

Are the dice perfect?

Due to the handmade nature of these dice, the surfaces on some dice may have small scratches, a more shallow number (usually the 1), a duller edge where the sprue was, some pitting where the sprue was, a stray bubble here or there, or slightly uneven painted numbers due to how the paint dried. These makers marks are all cosmetic imperfections that do not effect how these dice roll.

I purposely include photos of my dice showcasing any noticeable flaws. These are all cosmetic flaws, there are no voids or major bubbles and the dice are otherwise balanced, unless there are inclusions. Inclusions may effect the balance of dice.

Please read the description on a listing for any flaws that are explicitly called out.

How should I take care of my dice?

Please avoid storing in direct sunlight or prolonged exposure to heat. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Clean with a microfiber cloth and soapy water. DO NOT leave dice submerged in water for long periods of time.

Exposure to heat can cause any resin to soften, this includes dice. If you notice that your dice has soften due to extreme heat, move it to a cool place and you should see it harden again.

What are RAW dice?

Raw dice are dice that are unsanded, unpolished, and unpainted. All of my raw sets and singles have their flash removed with an exacto knife, but you may still feel mold lines, scarring, and other slight imperfections that could be sanded and polished out.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

Due to certain international tax laws, I am unable to ship outside the US and Canada. I hope to eventually offer international shipping to all countries in the future. Apologies for the inconvenience!

My country isn't listed when I go to pay!

If your country is not listed when you go to check out, it means that unfortunately, I cannot ship to your location. Please only bid on auctions if you're located within the US or Canada.

My order say's it's been delivered but I haven't received it!

I recommend contacting your local USPS office, as sometimes packages are held there if there is no safe location for the package to be left at. Unfortunately, once a package is in transit, there is almost nothing that can be done on my end. If the package is not located at your local post office, you may need to open a lost package ticket with the USPS.

My order seems lost in the mail!

Unfortunately, once the USPS has received the parcel, scanned it, and it is in transit, there is almost nothing that can be done on my end. I recommend contacting the USPS to open a lost package ticket.

Orders

Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. That being said, if you have an issue with your order, please contact me. I am more than happy to help!

Do you take custom orders/commissions?

I hope to open up custom orders very soon!

When custom orders do open up, there will only be a small number of slots available each month. Custom orders will not be first come first served. Since each set is handmade, I simply cannot guarantee that I can create any set known to man kind. Therefore, I will carefully review each custom order request and only reach out to those that I believe I can fullfill with the supplies and skills that I have available.

Can I reserve a set I saw on social media in advance?

I'm sorry, in order to be fair to all my customers, I do not allow folks to reserve sets in advance.
